NRVRJ offers various programs to inmates on an equal basis. Currently, program offerings include the following:

Anger Management Classes
GED Classes
Substance Abuse Classes
Workforce Readiness Classes
Various Religious Programs
All inmate program participation is voluntary. Inmates have the opportunity to sign up for programs during the individual classification process.

Program services are provided through contracted professionals, community-based volunteers, and interested individuals.
